Gluten Free Information

Do you need to eat gluten-free? If so, we can help you.

Our cheesecake recipe does not contain any gluten so we substitue all of our crusts with a gluten-free graham. We carry several small cheesecakes in our freezer ready to take home; otherwise, you can order any variety in any size ahead of time.

We do have wheat in our store but our cheesecakes are prepared, baked and served in the same paper baking pan. When we bake your gluten-free cheesecake we prepare them in a separate area. So, depending on your severity of gluten-intolerance you can decide if our cheesecakes are the right dessert for you.
